You can change the situation by depending not on your own power but God’s power. Besides one of the attributes of God is “omnipotent”- He is all powerful.
The strength needed and the power to persevere comes from God.
Apostle Paul wrote “I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things, I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (VV 12-13)
To change your situation and take control, you must put effort and determination to change your circumstances. Apostle Paul says, “Let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if do not lose heart.” (Galatians 6:9 NKJV).
One bad day does not mean you are a failure. It will not last, consider it just a bad day. Psalmist David says “This is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. (Psalm118:24).
Jesus says that people will experience trials in the world.(John 16:33). At times, our life is a sequence of ups and downs. Whenever you come up against a difficult situation, you can change it by God’s power and strength. Jesus said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5)
