Anchor Scripture: Habakkuk 2:2” Write the vision and make it plain” (NKJV)
God has a plan and a purpose for your Life. Scripturally it’s sometimes referred to as a vision.
In the book of Jeremiah 29:11 God says, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”. (NKJV).
God gave a specific instruction to Habakkuk “write the vision and make it plain”. This is because sometimes people keep their vision deep in their hearts to protect themselves from being criticized by others. Sometimes fear causes people to set their vision out of sight so that they can forget it.
What do you have to do? Have a clear and convincing vision, and you must always keep your vision before you. God’s time is perfect, and God will do His work when it’s his time. It’s not for us to anticipate God’s plans, but to wait with patience. Joseph, after he was rejected by his family and falsely accused by his master Potiphar‘s wife Joseph was put in prison. While in prison, Joseph remembered the dreams which he had dreamed (Genesis 42:9 NKJV).
God always has a time for your dream to be fulfilled. “The vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. (Habakkuk 2:3 NKJV)
Brethren, know that God has a plan and purpose for your life.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, you have a plan and purpose for me. Help me to fulfil my purpose and destiny in Jesus Name. Amen
