TOPIC: PRAYER IS THE KEY
Bible Text: Mark 1:35 KJV
And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.
Jesus knew the value of early prayer he prayed in the garden of Gethsemane. He prayed to show us how to pray and if we don’t pray, we won’tbe blessed.
We need to know God for ourselves, we need to take the time to know Jesus as God, Take time to recharge your faith by having a private prayer life and communion with your saviour.
We do need God and the holy spirit so that we don’t go weary.
The best prayer time is in the morning like Jesus did before the cares of distractions of school, work,business etc or late night before we retire from the labours of the day.
Once you start your day with other things without prayer, you will always push it later, later, later and the devil will rejoice when Christians do that. We end up facing the day without being fed with the word of God and we find that we can’t tackle the challenges without prayer. psalm 119 v 147 – says, I rise before dawn and cry for help I have put my hope in your word I hope in God to encourage me.
May God help us to continue to be in the right frequency throughout the day . if we have an early devotion with him, he gives us the grace to have victory for the day.

Prayer: Lord help me to rise early to meet up with you before I go out to do my own things so that my day will be a blessed one and favours will follow me everywhere I go in Jesus Name. Amen.
