GOODSEED DAILY DEVOTION November 23rd, 2025

Topic: REAL COMPASSION(2)

Scripture: Psalm 145:8 KJV
The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.

There are so many lonely, needy people right in our own neighborhoods, condos, work places, and classrooms. We need to learn to see people as Jesus saw them.
When Jesus saw the crowds, he had compassion on them.

Sharing God’s love to people around you and beyond begins by looking outward, and looking outward begins by having compassion for the lost.
As believers in Christ, we are called to be compassionate and love extenders.
Everything Jesus was on the earth, He wants to express through us in an incredible way.
Jesus said, “ _As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”_ (John 20:21)

Jesus had compassion for the lost, and so we must follow his example and reach out with compassion to those outside the church community. Some of these may come to Christ, and some may not.
Love for our neighbor involves reaching out with loving compassion to those who do not know Christ.

The mission of Christ must become your mission. You must embrace the vision and mission of Christ.
One of the greatest tests of your love for God is measured by the depth and height of your love for people, including sinners.
Our Job is not to hate sinners but sin.
We are to love Sinners and lead them to Christ.

PRAYER:
Dear God set my heart on fire for you and let me burn with your compassionate love towards all that comes in contact with me in Jesus name, Amen_
