DROP YOUR PLAN B
Sripture: Luke 22:42-44 GNB
““Father,” he said, “if you will, take this cup of suffering away from me. Not my will, however, but your will be done.” An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. In great anguish He prayed even more fervently; his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.”
God we serve is God that sees the end of your tomorrow from the beginning. He has the blue print of your life. He has planned your destiny all out for you. What is the need of following your plan B outside his will? Your plan B is your mere imagination and may be limited. But God’s plan for you is robust and robustly planned out. It will do you good if you can just say, Lord, show me the way to get to the purpose you laid out for my life before I was conceived. A lot of people fail and are frustrated because they are doing things their own way. When God backs up your plan, when God inspires your plan all things fall in place effortlessly.
The Wiseman says in Proverbs 3:5-7: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know. Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way. Never let yourself think that you are wiser than you are; simply obey the Lord and refuse to do wrong.”
Stop scheming, that man may not be your your husband. Stop all the manipulations, ask the Lord to direct your path and He is well able to do exceedingly abundantly above your best ideas.
You will not fail in Jesus name. As you commit all your plans to Him, your heart desires shall come to pass in Jesus name.
Prayer
Lord, I repent for trying to figure it all out by myself when I am an ordinary human. Help me Holy Spirit. Make your intention plain for me concerning (mention your desire). Let your will be done in every areas of my life in Jesus name.
