Topic: GO FOR JESUS, BE A SOUL WINNER.
Scripture: Mark 16:15 KJV
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
The Gospel is a “Go Ye” Gospel, not a “Count Ye” Gospel. The ninety-nine inside do not bring as much joy to heaven as the one that is missing and gone astray.
The church should be tired of counting the ninety-nine and join hands with the evangelist to search for and find the missing one. We should be tired of counting and bragging about the numbers inside and focus on going after the one outside.
For over thirty years, my entire life and ministry have revolved around looking for that one missing sheep that will bring joy to heaven.
My first crusade, over 30 years ago, was held when I was a teenager and had no income and no money to publicise it but I was not discouraged.
By the grace of God, since then we have been sold out to a total dedication to the work of Christ and the winning of Souls at all cost.
A young evangelist once said to me, “Pastor, evangelism is not cheap.” I replied by telling him that our God, who sent us to save the lost, is not poor either. One of my greatest desires is to see young evangelists who will inherit the drive for soul winning and be on fire for Christ.
People say, “Nothing lasts forever.” It’s a lie. The memories of the souls you win for Jesus will last forever, and the reward is eternal. I am inviting you to be sold out to Christ and to the winning of Souls. It’s only when we get to heaven you will understand the impact of the positive decisions you took to win souls for Jesus. Never give up and never be discouraged.
