Topic: GOD’S PROMISES ARE YES AND AMEN.
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NKJV) – “For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
In this powerful verse, the Apostle Paul reminds us that God is faithful to every promise He has made. Through Jesus Christ, every promise from God is affirmed with a resounding “Yes” and sealed with an “Amen.” This means that everything God has spoken, whether for provision, protection, peace, healing, or salvation, is fulfilled in Jesus. God’s promises are not uncertain or conditional—they are sure and steadfast, just like His character.
When God makes a promise, it is not just a possibility or a “maybe.” His promises are absolute and reliable. And because they are rooted in His unchanging nature, we can hold onto them with confidence, no matter what circumstances we face. Jesus is the fulfilment of every promise, ensuring that what God has spoken over our lives will come to pass.
When you embrace God’s promises, you are affirming His “Yes” in your life. And as you stand in faith, declaring “Amen,” you are agreeing with God’s word over you. Even when things seem uncertain, know that God’s promises will never fail. His timing may not always match ours, but His faithfulness is always perfect. In Numbers 23:19 (NKJV) – “God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”
God never lies or changes His mind. Every word He has spoken is trustworthy, and He will always do what He promises.
Be encouraged today that all the promises of God in Christ are yes and Amen. God’s faithfulness is unchanging, and His Word never returns void. Whatever He has spoken over your life—whether it’s for peace, provision, healing, or guidance—you can trust that it will be fulfilled in His perfect time. Stand in faith, declare His promises, and trust in His “Yes” and “Amen” over your life.

Lord, thank You that your promises are sure and steadfast. Help us to stand in faith, knowing that every promise you have made is fulfilled in Jesus. When we face doubt or fear, remind us of your unchanging faithfulness. We declare “Amen” to your word in our lives, trusting that you will bring it to pass for your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
