Topic: Miraculous cure of a woman
Foundational Scripture Luke 13 :12 “When Jesus saw her, Hecalled her forward and said to her, “woman, you are set free from your infirmity” (NIV)
Brethren, I suggest you read the short passage Luke 13:10-16. We find that this woman had infirmity for 18 years and was bent over. She could not raise herself up. Satan kept her bound for 18 years. Due to the infirmity, she was deformed—a painful situation.
Despite being deformed and in pain this woman went to church on sabbath day. Jesus was teaching in the synagogue. One encounter with Jesus can change your life and destiny. If this woman, because of her condition and pain had decided on that day she was not going to go to church on the sabbath, she would have missed her miraculous healing and deliverance
Many people, because of minor ailments or situations, fail to attend church. You never know when your breakthrough will come and you can receive your healing and deliverance when a man of God is preaching. The word is God Himself speaking using a man or woman of God as His instrument.
Jesus performed a miracle of mercy. Jesus called her and the woman herself had no expectation. God can help us beyond our expectation. Jesus laid the hand of His power and grace upon the woman and spoke healing words on her, the woman was loosed from her infirmity. The devil who had kept this woman bound had to loosen the woman and flee. The woman was delivered, and her life changed.
In 2024, we went on a ministry mission trip to Pakistan, while I was still preaching in a church, a woman was delivered and made whole in Jesus ‘Name. She approached me and told me , I have not come to ask for prayer but to testify what God has done for me. She told me that she had terrible pain in her back and legs and did not want to come to Church but she took courage and came to church. She told me while I was still speaking, the power of God touched her, and she was delivered from all pain and set free. Brethren, one touch from God can set you free and change your destiny. So, it is very important not to miss church services.
Prayer: Heavenly Father, by the power of your Holy Spirit help me not to miss church services. Do not let the devil entice me from attending church. In Jesus Name
