Topic: POWER OF YOUR TONGUE
Anchor scripture: “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverb18:21 NKJV).
Your words that come out of your mouth have power and can be used to build up or destroy. Your words can bless or curse.The words that you speak can inspire someone. Your words can inspire positive or negative responses and bring healing or curse. Use your tongue as a weapon to curse and destroy the devil.
Use your tongue that can be a tree of Life to yourself, your family and friends. Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John10:10 NKJV). Pronounce long life upon yourself, your family and friends.
The bible says, “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord” (Psalm 118:17 NKJV). Confess you will live to fulfil your destiny before your time on earth. Avoid negative confession, for example you say, “I am sick”, you will be sick. “I am not capable to succeed” “Then you will be a failure because of the negative confession from your own mouth” Do not blame God
Use your words to encourage and build up and to speak truth and love. “But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessings and cursing. (James Chapter 3:8-10 NKJV).
Children of God, let only gracious words come out of your mouth.
