Topic: MINDING YOUR FATHERS BUSINESS
VERSE OF THE DAY: Luke 2:49. And He said to them, “Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father’s business?” Not that I have already obtained it [this goal of being Christlike] or have already been made perfect, but I actively press on so that I may take hold of that [perfection] for which Christ Jesus took hold of me and made me His own.
Brothers and sisters, I do not consider that I have made it my own yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the [heavenly] prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. All of us who are mature [pursuing spiritual perfection] should have this attitude. And if in any respect you have a different attitude, that too God will make clear to you. Only let us stay true to what we have already attained. Philippians 3:12-16
You are created to worship God and to do what He wants us to do and follows the instructions. The purpose of God for us is to be righteous and for us to be his sons and daughters and He will be our father. God wants you to sacrifice yourself to go after the lost sons and daughters and bring them back to father.
Share with them, the love of Christ that He is the answers to all their problems. Share and Testify what Jesus done for you. He died just for us so that we can be redeemed back to our father. Jesus said, as my father sent me so I sent you to preach the gospel of goodnews to the people. After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go. Luke.10.1. Be focus on what’s on God’s mind not just what you want from God.
Prayer: Ask for power of the Holy spirit to strengthen you, to make profit for the kingdom of God.
