Verses Of The Day : psalms 92:12-14 The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord Shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing,
The bible talks about the Christian that we must be planted to flourish in the house of the Lord. If you aren’t planted or committed in the church, you will miss many benefits promised in God’s words.- It’s the will of God to bring plants into his house. -to have roots in Goodnews church.
If you are not planted in the house of the Lord, you are like a child without a father, which means you are spiritual orphans. Membership of a church comes with responsibilities towards the other members of the church .
You must be rendering your service in the house of God. In your family home everyone lives in the house and has responsibilities to make sure that home is tidy, nice and warm. You must find something to do in your church by belonging to a department i.e prayer band, praise and worship team, sanctuary etc.
We must be able to work together, love one another, help one another, and be willing to cooperate and work together for the church to grow and win more souls in the kingdom of God. Also, we must forgive one another when we have offended ourselves. (your teeth bite your tongue and they Still continue to achieve goals together) 1 corinthians 12 :25-26 that there should be no schism in the body, but that the members should have the same care for one another.
And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; or if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it. To be planted in His house, you must fulfill the words of God and you will be blessed.
Prayer : Lord, I shall flourish in your house and I will bear fruits and remain fresh in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
